My my my…time is flying by!

Noah has been learning a lot of new stuff…such as:

crawling

taking a smile break from crawling

back to work

he’s so great at posing for the camera…such a ham like his big bro!

and now he’s drinking from the bottle!!! Yeah! It was nice while it lasted (breastfeeding), but I am glad that Dad can have some bonding time with Noah.

Oh…and his first two teeth are about to pop up!

TOTALLY AMAZED!

a few weeks ago ezra had a doctors appointment. i was a little nervous because he was going in for his Hep A shot. this was his first time getting shots at this age where he is totally aware of what is going on and not just sucking on his pacifier waiting for the needle to puncture his chunky leg. the doctor was ready for us and ezra was real hesitant just to step into the doctors office, i thought to myself…this is going to be FUN! we get into the office and talk with the doctor about his cough & etc. the doctor then wanted to use his stethoscope on ezra, but ezra panicked and jumped into my lap! we hadn’t even gotten to the hard part yet and he was freaking out! the doctor was amazing taking his time with ezra, not rushing him, and the time had arrived for the shot. the doctor looked at me and said “I need your help, hold his arms down.” ezra is in my lap, i’m holding his arms down and the doctor approaches ezra and shoves the needle into his little leg all the while ezra is watching him stick the huge needle DEEP into his leg and not ONE PEEP out of ezra!!! not a whimper, not a jolt, NOTHING! i looked down at ezra and asked “are you ok?” he looked up at me and nodded yes. i was amazed! he did better with the shot than with the stethoscope!

the new crib! under the crib is a roll-out mattress, hopefully where ezra will eventually sleep and some day the boys will share this room…fun times ahead!

ezra is not a baby! he is doing his business in the potty, and we couldn’t be prouder! at first, it was like we had a puppy living in the apartment…but with the help of Elmo, we got through it together! a tip for you parents out there who are in the potty-training process…keep it FUN! ezra learned a lot faster when we made it fun instead of stressing and standing over him saying “pee already!”

noah is growing so fast and fitting in with the sinclair clan. in mom’s opinion, he has the coloring of grandpa Andersen with the features of dave. his redish hair is falling out and has a ring of hair around his head, like an old man…so cute! he’s a lot slimmer than ezra was when he was a baby…pure chunk! he is also curesed with my facial expressions…
